Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system—which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

  • Gentle Touch: The practitioner uses a light touch (generally no more than 5 grams of pressure, or about the weight of a nickel) to monitor the rhythm of the fluid and tissue mobility.

  • Purpose: CST seeks to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, which may alleviate a wide variety of symptoms and conditions.

  • Technique: The practitioner may apply techniques to the head, neck, spine, and other areas of the body.

Complementary Modality: CST is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

Client Responsibilities and Disclosure
