Financial Agreement & Cancellation Policy

Financial Agreement

Services at Ripple Wellness — including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, and Reiki — are offered solely as wellness-based, complementary care.

 

These services are not part of a medical treatment plan, are not considered medically necessary, and are not covered by Medicare or other health insurance plans.

Clients agree that the full balance for each session is due at the time of service. Prepaid session packages must be paid in full and are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. Sessions may be scheduled at the client’s convenience within that period.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure that all clients have access to timely care and to respect the therapist’s schedule, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy for Ripple Wellness, LLC.

Required Notice:
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client in need of care.

​

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, limit the ability to accommodate other clients and may impact future scheduling availability.

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If a sudden illness, family emergency, or severe weather prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps.
