Financial Agreement
Craniosacral therapy services at Ripple Wellness are offered solely as wellness-based, complementary care. These services are not part of an occupational therapy plan of care, are not considered medically necessary treatments, and are not covered by Medicare or other health insurance plans.
The client agrees that the full balance owed for the session fee is due and payable on the date the session is rendered.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all clients have access to timely care and to respect the therapist’s schedule, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy for Ripple Wellness, LLC.

Required Notice:
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client in need of care.

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, limit the ability to accommodate other clients and may impact future scheduling availability.

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. If a sudden illness, family emergency, or severe weather prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps.
